  • Conduct personal fitness sessions for individuals. Conduct movement assessments and provide movement corrections, goal setting, weight loss, strength training and injury prevention for clients.
  • Provide specialized classes for specific demographics such as: Women on Weights; Core Strength Training for Athletes; Triathlon training for Women/beginners, etc.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable as well as create all marketing via a personal website, online training, appearing on radio and podcast programs and presenting/lecturing at races and triathlon club meetings.
  • Motivate, educate and coach athletes as they train for triathlons of various distances and intensities.
  • Create effective training programs for athletes of all levels and abilities.
  • Founder and coordinator of a USA Triathlon recognized triathlon club that benefits over 400 athletes with training support and coaching.

  • Created and implemented “Triathlon 101” class. Train and coach beginning to advanced athletes to successful triathlon completion by teaching them how to swim, bike and run as well as nutrition for triathlon, transitions and positive mental attitude.
  • Created and implemented “Women on Weights” class. Trained hundreds of women of all ages, abilities and fitness levels to effectively use strength training as a viable way to stay strong and healthy.
