    MONDAY:
    Boot Camp: 5:30 a.m. at Keena’s Studio

    TUESDAY:
    Women On Weights: 9:30 a.m. at Keena’s Studio

    WEDNESDAY:
    Boot Camp: 5:30 a.m. at Keena’s Studio
    Evening Triathlon Class:
    7-9 p.m. (Swimming FIRST from 7-8 p.m. and then BIKING from 8-9 downstairs in the cycle room!)

    THURSDAY:
    Women on Weights: 9:30 a.m. at Keena’s Studio

    SATURDAY:
    Swim Class: 7-8 a.m. at AFFC
